Robert Cockrell is the Broker and Owner of Real Living DFW Realtors.

Robert Cockrell believes in an agent-centric business philosophy. He understands that when his sales agents are provided with the best tools and training in the business, they can in turn provide the best service to home buyers and sellers.

Robert Cockrell has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry including commercial and residential sales, building, property management, and investing. Mr. Cockrell holds a Bachelors of Science Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Banking and Finance from the University of Maryland System in Bowie, Maryland and is a member of Delta Mu Delta (The National Honor Society in Business). Robert is a Persian Gulf War veteran, where he served for over 10 years in the Army. His career includes deployments to Central America, Honduras, Germany, the first Persian Gulf War, Operation Provide Comfort (to save the Kurds) and several tours in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He began his service as a private first class with the 82nd Airborne Division (Parachute Infantry Division) and advanced to Sergeant with the 7th Special Operations Command before going to Reserve Officer Training Course to become an Army officer. After college, Robert commanded a Fire Control Platoon with 2/43 Air Defense Battalion (Patriot) and worked as the Battalion operations and training officer. Robert ended his career by being awarded the Army Commendation Medal and honorably discharged. Robert is now a member of the American Legion and is involved in many veteran support programs.

Robert and his wife, Laura, reside in Flower Mound, Texas with their 2 Australian Shepherds. They are now planning to grow their family this year.
